Program Manager IT & ERP/CRM Implementations

Key Responsibilities:
10+ years of experience in IT Program Management, focusing on ERP/CRM implementations.
Expertise in Jira and Confluence for tracking and collaboration.
Proven success in managing programs across multiple geographies.
Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Darwinbox, Payroll, Anaplan, and Power BI.
Experience in setting up and scaling PMOs for large transformation initiatives.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred; Agile certifications are a plus.
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in IT, Business Management, or related fields.
